East Coast Meets the Sonoran Desert Join The Chef – Experiential Dining for an intimate, five-course infused dining experience where East Coast flavors meet the Sonoran Desert. This dinner is designed to give every guest control over their own experience. Infusion is completely optional at every course , and each guest chooses their own level of participation — from 0 / non-infused and up. That means you’re welcome to bring a guest who does not consume; they can enjoy the same five-course experience without infusion. Your Experience, Your Choice Guests may choose to participate in the infused elements of the dinner or enjoy the entire menu completely non-infused . Participation is never required, and each guest controls their own level of participation throughout the evening.
